Tracy has been in the industry for over a decade starting her training at the Vidal Sassoon academy in Los Angeles. Soon after school she moved to San Francisco to refine her craft where she was initially inspired by the mod bobs of the 50’s and 60’s and shags of the 70’s — Tracy has done it all! Having that Sassoon background, she learned precision cutting as well as knowing how to break that up for a softer more relaxed finish. As styles have changed she focuses more on dry cutting to create fresh but lived-in (I woke up like this) hair which translates in her color techniques as well. Tracy lets your hair tell her what it wants and she listens. Being a California native she is relaxed, loves to give hair advice and is just as down for an elegant one length bob as a rose gold Balayage! Hair is fun, you should have fun with it!
Denise Horton's vision as a hair stylist is to enhance and celebrate what nature has given you. By analyzing and understanding each individual’s hair, she identifies the distinct elements that make you you — and harnesses them to bring out your most cool, elegant self.
Denise was trained in NYC in advanced Japanese hair techniques, developing precision and attention to detail towards her craft. Over the course of her more then 10 years of experience, her natural curiosity led her to expand her career outside of the salon, and has been honored to work on sets, film, and New York fashion week.
In continuing to broaden her experience, she traveled across the country spending two years in San Francisco working at one of the top hair salons, Population. This opportunity helped to expand her knowledge by learning new color techniques and styles.
Now, back in New York City she is inspired and confident in her vision. Denise is excited to help you unlock your potential and fall in love with your most beautiful self.
Her interest: food, travel, music, culture, dogs. Se habla Español! She also loves when clients indulge and relax/meditate in her chair.

A short time later, she joined Serge Normant at John Frieda working at both of his high-volume Manhattan locations. Shannon specializes in blondes and sun-kissed brunettes, using balayage techniques.
